We are going island hopping this year! La Jolla Taiko’s annual Taiko Beats concert sails into La Jolla this October. Leaning into music and rhythms from island all around the world, Shimajima Kara (From the Islands) will not only feature taiko from Japan, bu also some fun surprises from the Caribbean, the Polynesian Islands, and even the Philippines!
